Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-4 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Please note that during peak seasons (like summer or holiday sales), processing times may take a little longer.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and the carrier. Prices vary based on weight & shipping destination.

International Shipping

We’re happy to ship internationally! Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs fees, duties, or taxes upon arrival. These fees are the responsibility of the customer, and unfortunately, we cannot predict or control them.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on your delivery. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package goes missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to help if needed, so feel free to reach out to our customer service team.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately to update it before your order ships.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 in the US or over $150 internationally. No promo code needed—free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout.
